TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Service includes car, driver, petrol, tunnel & toll charges & Meet & Greet service. Baby/ child Seat @ HK$150 each per order.

2.Upon reservation, hirer agrees to reimburse Hertz for any waiting, extra point or misc. charges incurred during the service.

3.Night charge: HK$300 surcharge for orders between 21:00-06:59.

4.Additional stop in HK – Enroute @ HK$300; Non-enroute @ HK$500.

5.Flight Arrivals – 60 mins free waiting time from aircraft being parked at gate, thereafter $600/hr waiting surcharge will apply (visa & luggage issues inclusive)

6.Pick-up for departure – 15 mins free waiting time, thereafter HK$600/hr waiting charge will apply.

7.Luggage limited to trunk only - maximum 4-5 standard size luggage, each no larger than 40 cm(L) X 70 cm(W) X 25 cm(H).

8.Reservation and prepayment to be confirmed 2 working days before service date. We accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard.

9.Administration fee of HK$300 per order will be charged for cancellation of confirmed orders.

10.Full invoice amount will be charged for cancellation without 24 hours’ notice/no show.

11. Hertz reserves the right to the final decision on our Terms & Conditions, including reallocating operational resources as deemed fit and necessary

TERMS & CONDITIONS – ON HIRE SERVICE

1.Minimum 4 hours service. Rates includes driver, car and fuel. Tunnel, toll and parking not inclusive.

2.Upon reservation, hirer agrees to reimburse Hertz for overtime rates, tunnel and all miscellaneous charges incurred during the service.

3.Overtime charge @ $700 / hour will start 15 minutes after scheduled service end time.

4.Additional night charge: HK$180 per hour between 21:00 - 06:59 (based on time of alighting from car)

5.Surcharge of HK$500 will apply for per trip into New Territories, HK Airport, Lantau Island.

6.Meet & Greet Service HK$200 per time.

7.Restricted areas in Hong Kong - Discovery Bay, South of Lantau Island beyond Tung Chung Rd & Shek Mun Kap Rd, Tai Mong Chai Road beyond the Sai Kung Country Park entrance.

8.Baby car seat are available for hire @ HK$150 per day per seat.

1.Point to Point rates include car, driver, petrol, tunnel & toll charges. Baby/child Seat @ HK$150 each per order.

3.HK$500 surcharge for orders between 21:00-07:00. HK$200 surcharge if the port is designated by customer.

4.Additional stop in HK – Enroute @HK$300, non-enroute @ HK$500. China extra stop over, to be advised.

5.Flight Arrivals – 60 mins free waiting time from aircraft being parked at gate, thereafter $600/hr waiting surcharge will apply (visa & luggage issues inclusive).

6.Meet & Greet Service HK$200 per order.

7.Train & Ferry Arrivals – 45 mins free waiting time upon arrival/docking, thereafter $600/hr waiting charge will apply.

8.Pick-up for departure – 15 mins free waiting time, thereafter HK$600/hr waiting charge will apply.

10.Hirer is responsible for their own belongings/luggage. Claims for lost/damaged items will not be entertained unless proved as driver's negligence, in such event, a sum of not more than HK$300 per incident will be reimbursed.

12.Admin fee HK$300 will be charged per order for cancellation of confirmed bookings.

Service rate includes car rental, driver service, petrol, tunnel & toll charges, unless hirer requests to use Western Tunnel (additional $150), Eastern Tunnel (additional $50).
By confirming request for service, hirer agrees to reimburse Hertz for any waiting charges, extra point charges incurred during the service.
Additional drop off/pick up point (Enroute only) to destination @ HK$350 per point (within same zone).
Greeting service with prominent name plate is available @ HK$250.
Flight Arrivals – 60 mins free waiting time from aircraft being parked at gate, thereafter $600/hr waiting surcharge will apply (visa & luggage issues inclusive)
Train & Ferry Arrivals – 45 mins free waiting time upon arrival/docking, thereafter $600/hr waiting charge will apply.
Waiting Surcharge @ HK$600/hour shall apply 15 mins after scheduled pick-up.
Night charge @ HK$300 for services between 19:00 – 23:29.
Night charge @ HK$500 for services between 23:30 – 05:59.
Luggage is required to be stowed in coach luggage compartment before boarding.
